Lavender Fest Vendor Form

If you are a vendor interested in setting up a booth at Lavender Fest on June 21, we'd like to talk to you!

Our ideal vendor would have unique items or services that would complement Lavender Fest. If you are chosen as a vendor, there will be a $35 charge per vendor.

Vendors will be outside and responsible for their own tables, tents, and setup.
